At WM Atelier London, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy.

Returns & Exchanges

- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags and hygiene seals intact.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Refunds

- Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order.

Pre-Order Items

- All pre-order purchases are eligible for a refund or store credit within the standard return window, provided the items meet the return criteria above.
